Product Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns, and issue exchanges and refunds?
To ensure your complete satisfaction with Systems B, we will accept product returns for credit, exchange or refund, for any reason within thirty (30) days of the ship date.
Return of Defective Products.
Products with manufacturing defects, or products that have been damaged in shipment or shipped incorrectly will be replaced by Systems B at no additional cost to the purchaser, providing the returns are received by our warehouse in Chino, CA within the allotted timeframe stated above. If the identical product is not available for reshipment, purchaser may apply the cost of the product to a different product, or get a credit or refund for the returned product.
We will issue a credit for 90% of the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling, providing the product is received by our warehouse in Chino, CA within the allotted timeframe stated above. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs incurred by these returns.
For all exchanges, credits or refunds, please call the Systems B Care Network, toll-free at 800-455-4405 within twenty (20) days of the order ship date, to obtain return authorization and instructions on the method of return to our warehouse located at:

When will my credit card account be charged?
You will be charged after your order is processed and approved. Shipment will occur within 1 to 2 business days thereafter.
How is sales tax computed?
Businesses operating in California are required to collect sales tax for every purchase shipped to a California customer.
How do I cancel my order?
Typically, orders are processed overnight for shipment the next business day.
If you wish to cancel an order, please call the Systems B Care Network by 5pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday, Toll-Free at 800-455-4405.
If you have placed your order after 5pm or on a National Holiday, we will not be able to stop your order from shipping. However you can still return your order by following the instructions in “Product Returns, Exchanges & Refunds” in this FAQ.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 4 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order. This allows enough time to process your credit card payment through your financial institution.
Who will deliver my package?
Orders will be delivered via the most efficient shipping method available, which in most cases will be the United States Postal Service (USPS). At this time, we do not accept requests for a specific shipping method.
What if my product was damaged?

What if my order was never received, even if it was reported as delivered?

How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Do you accept international orders?
